Bernice ‘Ouellette’ Dumais
Fort Kent, Maine
Bernice Ouellette Dumais, 86, passed away December 28, 2018 after a short illness at NMMC in Fort Kent, ME. She was born on June 9, 1932 in St. Agatha, ME. Daughter of Emile and Lucy ‘Bourgoin’ Ouellette.
She graduated from St. Agatha High School Class of 1951. She married Raoul Dumais on November 21, 1953. She was an active member of the Post 145 American Legion Auxiliary in Frenchville. She was a very hard worker before retiring at the age of 75. She enjoyed reading, watching TV and attending church regularly.
She is survived by one step-sister, Ann Bouchard of California and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Raoul in 1975, her twin brother Maurice February 2018, and seven step-siblings.
Farewell Aunt Bernice. You will be missed. Until we meet again.
Service on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10am at the Our Lady of The Valley Church in St. Agatha, ME. Burial in the spring at the St. Luce Cemetery.
