Betty Ouellette, 96, went to eternal life on February 16, 2026, at NMMC in Fort Kent. Betty was born in Tekoa, Washington, July 24, 1929, the daughter of Dave and Victoria (Dubey) LaFlamme.

As a child, Betty remembered crossing the country in a covered wagon with her family thus started her love of travel and adventures which lead to four wheeling until her 90’s and brought about the" Ms Betty Bridge." Her work and dedication at St. Joseph’s as a CNA for over 35 years, deeply expresses her love of people and the surrounding area.

Betty was predeceased by her husband, Camille J. Ouellette in 1991, brother Stanley LaFlamme of Caribou, ME, sister, Helen (LaFlamme) Fritz of Clovis, New Mexico.

Betty is survived by three sons, Bob (Joan) of St. Agatha, ME, Ron (Betty) of Stafford Springs, CT, and Emile (Mary) of Graniteville, S.C., one daughter, Carol (Scott) Hildebrandt of St. Agatha, ME, her grandchildren, Shawn of St. Agatha, Vicky (Clark) of St.  Agatha, Jason (Bethany) of Enfield, CT, Sean (Denise), West Jordon, UT, Shannon of Hooksett, N.H., and Alex of St. Agatha, great-grandchildren, Olivia, Lance, Gavin, Catlin, Hunter, Evan, Addison, and JR, Betty will always be remembered in a very special way as "Memere Hot Wheels." 

Services will be held at the St. Agatha Catholic Church on July 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Lower St. Agatha Cemetery.
