Clifford Chamberland Obituary

Clifford P. Chamberland, 88 died peacefully March 8, 2014  surrounded by his family at a Fort Kent Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in St. Agatha, Feb. 6, 1926 the son of the late Joseph B. & Annie 'Albert" Chamberland.  He served in the United States Marine Corps and did Basic Training at Camp Lejeune and served in the Korean War. He was a member of the American Legion Post 145 for 60 years.  His passion was working on his farm, He enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with his grandsons four wheeling. He also enjoyed the view of Long Lake from his front porch swing.  He is survived by his wife Lucille "Collins"  Chamberland of 60 years. Three daughters  Janice Chamberland of Portland, Phyllis  Stewart of Saco,  and Karen and her Husband David Rowe Jr.  of Westbrook and four Grand Children Tyler & Neil Stewart and Devin & Josh Rowe. And One Sister Angela Houghton of Portland, Me. He was predeceased by four brothers Allyre, Gerald, Jerome and Valere, and two sisters Rella Ouellette and Sr. Doria Chamberland.

Friends and relatives may call at the Michaud Funeral Home in St.
Agatha, Tuesday  March 11, 2014   from 6 to 8 P.M. and Wednesday

8:30 a.m till time of services.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m Wed. at the St. Agatha Catholic Church with the Rev. Kent Ouellette Officiating.
