Gerald Richard Chamberlain

Gerald Richard Chamberlain- 
St Agatha- Gerald Ricky Chamberlain passed away on Dec 21, 2021 at The House of Comfort in Presque Isle ME after his short battle with cancer.  He was born June 3, 1949 in Frenchville ME, he was the son of Gerald and Nellie (Roy) Chamberlain.  
He held multiple jobs throughout his life, from farming to garage foreman for the town of St Agatha which he retired from after 27 years.  He was currently employed by RF Chamberland till his diagnosis in June 2021.  Ricky is survived by his close companion Margaret Ann Desjardins, his two daughters Stacie Linscott and her husband Jeffrey and Monica Chamberlain all of St Agatha.  His two beloved grandsons Brandon Couture along with his close companion Mariah Morgan and his great grandson Holdan from Frenchville and Trevor Couture of St Agatha.  He is also survived by his sister Jean Chamberlain, Linda and her husband Jack Caron, Robert (Ti Bob) and his wife Carol Chamberlain, along with several very close nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his loving wife of 47 years, Mary Ann Chamberlain, his father Gerald Chamberlain and Nellie (Roy), his loving sister Doria Wilkos and Ronald Chamberlain.  
Rick was a very active member of the community.  He was a member of the St Agatha Volunteer Fire Dept for over 45 years, and enjoyed his time with the Knights of Columbus in St Agatha and American Legion in Frenchville.  He honorably served our nation in the Maine National Guard for 4 years. 
A funeral service will be held Wednesday Dec 29, 2021 in St Agatha at 10 am  Graveside service arrangements will be done in the spring.  If you would like to make a donation in Ricky's name the family is asking for any donations to be made to the St Agatha Fire Dept at PO Box 415 St Agatha ME 04772.  The fire department was a huge part of his life.
