Gerard L Daigle

Gerard L Daigle 88 of Frenchville ME passed away on March 27,2023.
Gerard was born to Fred and Annie (Hebert) Daigle on September 20 1934. He was adept with his hands and mind and pursued a career in mechanical repair. He worked for 30+ years for Cianbro and later for local farmers and trucking companies. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Gerard is survived by his partner Patricia Madore, the mother of his children Loulla Ouellette, his son Mark and his wife Cindy, his daughter Tina and her husband Travis Chasse. He is also survived by his sister Florence Daigle and his brother Armand Daigle and his wife Vallada. Gerard’s grand children Michelle, Connor, Mackenzie Daigle , Dustin Daigle, Jacob Chasse and great granddaughter Alexus Daigle.
Gerard was predeceased  by his parents Fred and Annie, his brothers Louis, Emile and Albert and Gerard’s eldest son Alan.
Aside from Gerard’s love of surrounding family, he was passionate about motor sports. Snowmobiles, motorcycles, and ATV riding were a favored pastime. In later years he enjoyed showing his French antique tractor at expos.
Gerard’s family will host a wake at Michaud’s Funeral Home in St. Agatha on Thursday March 30 from 5-7pm. There will be a funeral mass at St. Thomas Aquinas in Madawaska on March 31 at 10:00 am.
