Jacqueline H. Albert

Frenchville--- Jacqueline H. Albert, 79 of Frenchville passed away unexpectedly June 18, 2022 with her family by her side. Born on June 2, 1943 in Edmundston, New Brunswick, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Angelina (St. Onge) Roussel.

Jackie was a waitress at Rosette’s restaurant for many years and was a devoted caregiver to her grandchildren. She enjoyed social gatherings and hosting family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her lifelong friends, “The Golden Girls”.

Jackie is survived by her husband of almost 58 years, Bertrand Albert,a daughter, Diane Schweter and husband Kenny of Litchfield, CT and a son, Mark and wife Erica of Frenchville. Jackie also leaves a lasting legacy of 5 grandchildren,Matthew, Emily, Shayna, Mackenzie and Macie, as well as two brothers,Robert Roussel of Quebec, Canada and Gilles Roussel of New Brunswick, Canada.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers and four sisters Maurice, Yvon, Jacques, Jeanine, Rina,Germaine and Rachel. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be heldat 10 a.m. Monday, July 11, 2022 at Ste. Luce Catholic Church located in Frenchville.Relatives and friends may offer condolences at the churchfrom 9 to 10 am.  Burial will follow the service at the Ste. Luce Cemetery.
