Joseph Emery Dionne 85, died at the House of Comfort in Presque Isle, ME on August 14, 2025. He was born in Guerrette, Maine on October 17, 1939, the son of the late Maxime and Annie (Dube) Dionne.
He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the North Lakes Fire & Rescue Department. Emery was an avid fisherman and hunter and truly enjoyed wood carving.
He is survived by his wife Claudette (Collin) Dionne, one granddaughter Elexis Dionne and her mother Marie Boucher of St. Agatha, Maine, three brothers-in-law, Emile (Muriel) Collin of St. Basile, N.B. Canada, Roland (Mae) Collins of Fort Kent, Maine, Phil Collin of Portland, Maine, and two sisters-in-law, Jacqueline (Edward) Levasseur of Madawaska, Maine, Cecile (Donald) Fontaine of Falmouth, Maine and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one daughter, Angel Dionne, one son, Wayne Dionne, one brother, Henry (Carol) Dionne, two sisters, Rena (Walter) Ouellette, Rita (Ralph) Ouellette, and one brother-in-law Robert (Frances) Collin.
Committal Service to be celebrated at the St. Euthrope Cemetery in Cross Lake on August 21, 2025.
