Michael Gagnon Obituary
ST AGATHA, ME - Michael Donald Gagnon, 67, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 24, 2022 in St. Agatha, Maine. Michael was born in Connecticut on June 6, 1955, the son of Donald R. Gagnon of Wallagrass and Dorothy (Roy) Gagnon of Eagle Lake.
Michael is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Deborah (Sacharko) Gagnon, and his son Michael R. Gagnon of Connecticut. He is also survived by many extended family members in Maine and Connecticut. He was predeceased by his parents, and brother Todd Gagnon of Connecticut.
Although Michael was raised in Connecticut, he was happy to move back to his parents’ roots in Northern Maine with his best friend Debbie where they enjoyed the simple things in life together - the solitude of a back road, a plentiful garden, and caring neighbors.
Michael was employed by Voisine Brothers in New Canada, Maine. He easily befriended anyone he met with his vibrant smile and generous spirit. Mike was loved by all who had the good fortune to meet him. He will be fondly missed and always remembered.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his GoFundMe page to assist with funeral expenses.
