Paul J. Lagasse

Paul Lagasse, of Eagle Lake and Ft. Kent, passed away at the NMMC on March 12, 2026. Paul was born in South Kingstown, R. I., on January 1, 1944. He was predeceased by his parents, Lorenza (Gagnon) and Joseph Lagasse, his first wife, Diana Bouchard in 1969 and second wife, Louise Baron in 2008, his brother, Jeremiah (Jerry) Lagasse and sister, Shirley Lagasse.

Paul served in the Navy during the Vietnam War for 4 years and the National Guards for 26 years; he was an active member at the VFW and American Legion in Fort Kent.

Nieces, Nathalie (Mark) Powell of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Angela (Antonio) Rueda of Seville, Spain, Katherine (Steve) Stanton of Houston, Texas, and nephew, Erich Lagasse of Houston, Texas.

There will be no visitations. Funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 10:00am, in Ft. Kent at the St. John Vianney Parish.
