Reginald “Nal” Joseph Ouellette, 62, passed away at his home on Friday, May 27, 2016 after a long battle with heart disease, surrounded by his loving family. Nal was born in Fort Kent, Maine on March 21, 1954 to Mathilda (Chamberland) and Denis Ouellette. He graduated from Wisdom High School in 1974 and was a proud 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus Council 7920 of St Agatha. Nal married Beatrice (Cyr) and together they had two children; Chad and Nicky. Nal was blessed with the gift of being a skilled carpenter and could build or fix anything. He loved nothing more than spending time with family and friends, and his quick wit and sense of humor will not be soon forgotten. Nal is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Beatrice (Cyr) Ouellette of Frenchville; his son Chad Ouellette and wife Michelle of Saco; his daughter Nicky Ouellette of Portland; grandson, Brycen Ouellette of Saco; sisters, Florence Martin of Madawaska and Jeannine Bourgoin of Sarasota, FL; brothers, Gilman Ouellette of New Britain, CT and Danny Ouellette of St. Agatha; and many nieces and nephews. Nal was predeceased by his Mother and Father; brothers, Bertrand, Marc Emile, Robert, Jean Paul, Allyre, and Claude; and two sisters, Jackie and Linda. A Christian mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 4th at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Agatha Church. Friends and family may offer their condolences at the Michaud funeral home in St. Agatha from 8:30 until time of funeral service.
