Richard Duplissis, 87 died peacefully April 1, 2018 at a Fort Kent Hospital. He was born in Cyr Plantation March 24, 1931, the son of Benjamin and Agnes 'Labreque' Duplissis. He served with the Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. Richard retired as a Supervisor for a Substations Dept. for Central Maine Power Company. He is survived by his wife Rinette of Frenchville, two sons; Ronald and his wife Suzanne of Auburn, Me. and Stephen and his wife Debra of Leeds and one daughter Cynthia Jalbert and her partner Andrew Paradis of Auburn, Me., six grandchildren; Ross, Renee, Michelle, Benjamin, Ethan, Ian and three great grand children Ella, Nicholas and Simon. He was predeceased by his first wife Constance Jalbert Duplissis and five Brothers, Clifford, Albert, Lawrence, Napoleon, Oneil and three sisters Beatrice, Irene and Alma. A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday April 5, 2018 at the St. David Church.
