Robert Joseph Hebert (Bear), 70, of Saint Agatha, ME, passed away unexpectedly September
10, 2022 at a Northern Maine Medical facility surrounded by his loving family. He was born in
Saint David on February 13,1952, Son of Albert and Jeanette (Cyr) Hebert. He was an amazing
father, brother, grandfather and friend. He was a talented carpenter and avid fisherman who
enjoyed being outdoors riding side by side, hunting and most especially fishing on Long Lake.
After Robert’s honorable service in the United States Navy he returned home and attended
NMVTI where he studied carpentry. Robert was later employed at Fraser Papers for 34 years
where he worked as a Millwright until his retirement. He was most proud of his two sons
Brandon and Curtis. Robert will be remembered for his bright smile, friendly personality and
his eagerness to lend a helping hand. He is survived by his partner Susan Frost, two sons
Brandon Hebert and his wife Monica, Curtis Hebert and his wife Parise, former wife and mother of their sons Brenda Hebert (Beaulieu), two granddaughters
Charlotte (Char Char) and Violet, thirteen sisters, Jeanine, Adeline, Pauline, Irene, Jackie,
Lorraine, Linda, Nancy, Lise, Theresa, Donna, Tina, and Susan, four brothers, Raoul, Raymond,
Gerald, and Danny. He is also survived by his very special and loyal four legged companion
Bailey. He is predeceased by his parents; three sisters, Marie, Joan, and Judy; and two
brothers, Joel and Richard.
