Theresa Plourde Gervais

Theresa Gervais, 71, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024 at a Madawaska Health Care Facility. She was born on March 5, 1952 in Fort Kent, ME. The daughter of Legorie and Antoinette Guerrette Plourde. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Griffeth and son Jeffrey (Robyn) of Eagle Lake and 3 grandchildren, Nicholas and Ryan Griffeth of Eagle Lake, Joshua Peace of Auburn- Lewiston.  Nine siblings, Lawrence of Scottland, Norman & Diane from Bangor, Herman, Edmund, Philip, Leonard & Louise, Gary & Lisa,  Diane, and Susan Tardif from Fort Kent, Sandra and Peter Morin from Frenchville, many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence 'June' Jr., granddaughter Megan Gervais, one brother Clarence Plourde and one sister Patricia Hodgson and sister-in-law Helen Plourde.

Friends and relatives  may call at the Michaud Funeral Home in Frenchville on Wednesday February 28, from 6 to 8 pm and Thursday February 29, from 8:30 to 9:45 am. Service will be at the St. Luce Catholic Church at 10:00 am.
